Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once processed, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse or fulfillment partner.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 6–10 business days
Express Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days (if available)
International Shipping: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SEIDO is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
SEIDO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
