SEIDO (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and related services, features, tools, products, and content (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us deliver the Services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. If there’s any conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy controls for how we handle personal information.

If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support@seidoglow.com and we’ll delete it. We do not have actual knowledge that we “sell” or “share” personal information of individuals under 16.

We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf with proper documentation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10) International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process data outside your country. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we rely on recognized mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (or UK equivalents) where applicable.
